We are a niche practice providing Building Surveying and Health and Safety services to a wide client base principally in the educational, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors.

We operate mostly in the North West and North Wales and are currently based in Chester but will shortly be moving to a larger newly built office at Ellesmere Port.

Due to continued rapid expansion we are seeking a flexible enthusiastic person who enjoys what they do as much as we do.

You will:

• Have at least 3 years industry experience.
• Be a qualified surveyor or working towards professional membership of the RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
• Have a good knowledge of H&S throughout the design & construction process.
• Possess a good working knowledge of CDM.
• Ideally have a relevant H&S qualification together with the interest to further develop your knowledge in this area, as an important part of the role will be to act as a CDM Co-ordinator.
